Ordering
Payment: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
Delivery: Each piece we make is a one-of-a-kind and made to order. Your items will be ready to leave the studio within five days of order placement. Please note, if you’ve chosen to expedite shipping for your order, it will still take up to five days for your items to be created. We can rush orders if you and let us know.
Shipping Method: Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority insured mail.
Order Confirmation: We will send you two emails. First an order confirmation assuring you we have received your order. Second, a ship confirmation, with a tracking number, sent when your order leaves our studio.
Returns, Refunds, Exchanges
Returns: We strive to create each piece to meet your expectations. However, if you are not
completely happy with your purchase, for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery date for a full refund.

Refunds: Once we've received your returned item in new, unworn condition, we will refund the original purchase price of the item to the payment method used when you purchased the item. If the item reaches us damaged, it is your responsibility and a refund or credit will not be issued. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Exchanges: If your item arrived defective or damaged we will replace it for you to initiate your exchange.
Product & Care
Care and cleaning: The ear wires and findings are sterling silver. To clean, use rubbing alcohol on a soft cloth; no abrasive or chemical cleaners.
Privacy & Security
Privacy: We do not share, rent, or sell your information to anyone. Information gathered through your order is kept confidential and is used strictly for item shipment, credit card verification, order status, and communication. Anonymous demographic information may be collected to help us improve our site.
Security: Studio Picea uses a secure server with 128-bit SSL encryption to encrypt all of your personal information. A secure page is denoted by "https" in the address.
